What's Covered

  • Units installed by a licensed automotive repair facility

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation, overheating, or lack of fluids
  • External accessories — sensors, mounts, hoses, wiring, exhaust, or manifolds
  • Racing, towing beyond OEM limits, or off-road abuse
  • Failures after 3 years or 40,000 miles from installation — whichever occurs first

Warranty coverage applies after professional installation. Units must be installed within 30 days of delivery and registered with SwapMyParts to activate coverage. Full program terms are provided at checkout and with your order confirmation.

How to File a Claim

Report a failure as soon as possible. Do not continue driving on a suspected bad unit — further damage may not be covered.

Send documentation

Provide your installation invoice and diagnostic report from a licensed shop confirming the failure.

Get authorization

Our team reviews the claim within 2 business days and authorizes repair, replacement, or reimbursement.

Complete the repair

Work with your installer to finish the repair. Keep all receipts — they are required for reimbursement.
